I am all for people making choices based on their own preferences and tastes buds. That said I love this picture it says volumes about where we are at as an American coffee culture. I have even been to some places that only offer SKIM as the regular milk option. Uhm.... Can I get SKIM and half/half mixed then? ;-)

Whole Milk for me please.

It would be interesting to see a text cloud with totally accurate milk sizes and even drink size based on actual sales percentages....

I like how SKIM and SOY are the most out-standing types. Speaking of which, a phrase to cry by: "20oz dry soy cappuccino."

P.S. To turn a tidal wave into a tsunami for the holidays: "eggnog."

Additives create weakness. They may be OK for gasoline, but not espresso. Bah!
