Always get the hot chocolate. Pressed the Sidamo, steamed white chocolate with orange zest and cream....inspired by you George. Went half and half with the Sidamo and white chocolate-orange zest cream (thought the orange and white chocolate would compliment the strawberry flavors). Applied a little zest on top. The so called coffee hater loved it. Made a great dessert drink. Best thing about it is he's now ready to try something more traditional.
