    Or leaving the pitcher on a stool while steaming, bumping the machine, and have it pour all over the counter…. on a customer. This is my favorite pic on cleanhotdry.

    I’ve only dropped one that I can remember, and it was at the end of steaming for an extra-extra hot drink. It was less than ideal.
