I am real jealous... not of the Hario Siphon as I have one of those... But I need to get back to San Francisco soon. Have never been to Ritual, 4B, or Blue Bottle. (I am usually too busy cycling across the bridge in Marin County to be going cafe crawling) Would also love to get back to Seattle as I haven't been there since the early 90's. great posting.
