Jimmy O, there are cupping notes for all of our coffees on this app. We use the Cup of Excellence criteria to evaluate our coffee. It’s an amazing tool for both scoring coffee, and also for learning about the attributes of a given coffee that will make it desirable (cleanliness, sweetness, acidity, body, etc.).

I’d love to see apps from roasters where cupping notes could be shared. I’ve always thought 49th would be wise to have a forum where customers could log in to compare. Plus, the feedback they’d get would be of benefit too.
